Case Study: Saratoga Inn
Overview:
During the summer of 2025, I had the opportunity to work with the Saratoga Inn, a boutique hotel located in Langley, WA on Whidbey Island. The goal of this project was to revitalize the Inn’s digital presence and refresh its visual identity to better represent its charm and hospitality.

Process:
I began by photographing the property, highlighting key features such as the ocean views, breakfast offerings, and cozy room interiors. I also captured updated product photography for the Inn’s exclusive merchandise, including Welly water bottles and gift items.
On the branding side, I helped redesign the Inn’s print collateral, including informational flyers, amenities cards, and business cards. I also provided input on an ongoing logo refresh to modernize the identity while retaining its recognizable script typography.
To reintroduce the Inn to its online audience, I curated new Instagram content, wrote captions emphasizing relaxation and charm, and incorporated consistent hashtags for better discoverability.

Outcome:
Through a unified design approach, the Saratoga Inn regained engagement across social platforms and achieved a stronger, more polished brand identity. The refreshed visuals reflected the warmth and character of the Inn, inviting guests to reconnect with a serene island experience.
